We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator for our client based in Pukekohe.
This role supports the day-to-day financial operations of the business and helps ensure accounts processes run smoothly.
We’re looking for someone with accounts administration experience and confidence using Xero.
30 hours per week (e.g. 9:00am–3:00pm or 8:30am–2:30pm), with the opportunity for additional hours up to 45 per week as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing and issuing invoices and statements
- Reconciling bank accounts, supplier statements, general ledger accounts, and company credit cards
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up on payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assisting with data entry, reporting, and financial documentation
- Communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal staff regarding account queries
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Previous experience in an accounts administration, bookkeeping, or finance support role
- Experience using Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
