We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator for our client based in Pukekohe.
This role supports the day-to-day financial operations of the business and helps ensure accounts processes run smoothly.
We’re looking for someone with accounts administration experience and confidence using Xero.

30 hours per week (e.g. 9:00am–3:00pm or 8:30am–2:30pm), with the opportunity for additional hours up to 45 per week as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing and issuing invoices and statements
  • Reconciling bank accounts, supplier statements, general ledger accounts, and company credit cards
  • Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up on payments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Assisting with data entry, reporting, and financial documentation
  • Communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal staff regarding account queries
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an accounts administration, bookkeeping, or finance support role
  • Experience using Xero
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
