Lead Installer

This Lead Installer position is with a leading provider of high-quality bespoke free standing/fitted joinery for both commercial and high end residential projects. As the Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of custom-built cabinetry and joinery for projects across the Auckland region.

The role:

• Supervise a team of installation specialists to ensure efficient and precise installation
• Liaise with site managers and subcontractors
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that arise
• Work on the tools as required
• Ensure that a high standard of work in maintained with a focus on quality, health and safety
• Assist with the planning and logistics of installation schedules and resource allocation

Skills and Experience:

• You are a qualified cabinet maker, with significant installation experience
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively manage installation challenges
• Supervisory/team leader experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required
• Clean driver's license
