The opportunity
We’re looking for a Wholesale Associate to join our Wholesale Distribution team, supporting both our Intermediary and Institutional channels through high‑quality client service and operational support. Working closely with the Client Service Manager, Wholesale, and the wider Wholesale Associate team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Wholesale relationship managers can focus on growth and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for providing timely, accurate and professional support across onboarding, transactions, reporting and ongoing intermediary and institutional client servicing.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or grow a career in investment management and wholesale distribution.

You will also be accountable for:
  • Supporting financial advisers and institutional clients via phone and email
  • Processing KiwiSaver and Investment Fund applications
  • Partnering with Apex to complete onboarding and adviser code updates
  • Ensuring AML, FATCA and AEOI/CRS requirements are met
  • Processing withdrawals, transfers and other transaction requests
  • Supporting reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc)
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
  • Assisting with adviser and client portal access and enhancements
  • Supporting client rebating processes across platforms and channels
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll be organised, proactive and client‑focused, with a genuine interest in financial services. You’ll bring: 
  • Strong client service skills and a professional communication style
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive, self‑starter mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
  • Solid computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and PDF tools
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • Ideally 2+ years’ financial services experience
