ECE Teacher – Melbourne Based Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teachers who are excited to move to Melbourne, Australia. We have full-time roles offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, shaping the minds of young learners.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that foster the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of children

• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and positive social interactions

• Observe and document children's progress, using data to inform individualised learning plans

• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and other professionals to support the holistic development of each child

• Maintain compliance with all relevant ECE regulations and standards

• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice

 What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification, with NZ Teacher Registration

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an ECE Teacher, preferably in a centre-based setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Demonstrated understanding of child development, curriculum planning, and best-practice teaching methods

• Passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
