Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Guest Services Coordinator to join our Paihia property.

This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality operations, booking platforms, guest communication, and day-to-day reservations coordination. You will be working on-site in Paihia and helping ensure smooth booking management and strong customer service across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and guest enquiries

• Handle phone calls, emails, and online booking enquiries professionally

• Work with booking platforms and online travel agents

• Assist with day-to-day guest service coordination

• Support front office and reservations functions

• Monitor bookings, amendments, cancellations, and room availability

• Maintain accurate guest and booking records

• Help resolve booking issues and customer concerns in a professional manner

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in motel, hotel, or hospitality operations

• Good knowledge of booking platforms and online reservations

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude and professional manner

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Confidence in dealing with guests, staff, and booking-related matters

• RMS experience will be highly preferred
