Trev is changing the way farmers record, understand and act on the information that drives their businesses.

Our platform helps farmers capture and analyse operational data so they can make better decisions that improve productivity, profitability and sustainability. With a product roadmap stretching from here to Invercargill, we’re only just getting started.

  • Identify opportunities to deepen customer usage, including introducing additional features or services that improve outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, within the CRM.

  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Operations teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer experience.

Skills & experience:

You’ll be somebody with plenty of drive, charisma and hustle. Ideally you’ll have a good handle on the primary industry and are passionate about our customers, potential customers and stakeholders. • Strong technical confidence and the ability to troubleshoot digital tools and customer data.

  • The ability to build rapport with farmers and stakeholders, creating trusted working relationships.

  • Experience in customer success, support or service roles, ideally in a SaaS or agri-related business.
