About the role
Based at the Tuakau site, you will support the Production Manager to ensure the operational production flow of the plant by being based on the floor. You will ensure operational requirements are met and any issues are addressed in an efficient and effective manner.
Duties
You will bring a positive, can-do attitude, be down-to-earth and collaborative, yet confident enough to hold their ground and lead when it matters.

Duties
- Oversee end-to-end production, proactively managing risks and minimising downtime.
- Oversee health and safety compliance to maintain a safe workplace.
- Oversee disciplinary matters and promote staff development and training opportunities.
- Ensure timely plant start-up, adequate staffing, efficient processing.
- Ensure cleaning meets all regulatory requirements
You will bring a positive, can-do attitude, be down-to-earth and collaborative, yet confident enough to hold their ground and lead when it matters.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Proven leadership capability, motivating teams and upholding company values.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
