Client and Support Services Lead
Full time, permanent (40 hours)
Location: Rotorua
We are looking for an organised, proactive leader to coordinate key business support functions and keep our operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role supporting Project Managers, overseeing office administration, and ensuring high‑quality support across multiple locations.
What you will do
Provide technical advice on Client Service Agreements and contract reviews
Coordinate document formatting and support workflows
Lead the Rotorua administration team
Manage support coverage across all offices
Maintain lease records and assist with fleet management
Support marketing activities, including social media and newsletters
Contribute to process improvements and the Annual Integrated Report
What you will bring
3–5 years’ experience in senior admin or business support roles
Strong understanding of contracts and commercial risk
Excellent organisation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (especially Word and Excel)
Experience leading or coordinating staff
High attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset
Nice to have
Marketing or communications experience
Iwi liaison experience
Experience with management systems or continuous improvement
