Customer Service Representative - North Shore

If you’ve got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you!

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our BNT North Shore branch – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.

What the role involves:

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

What you’ll bring:

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous) 
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
