Category Specialist wanted!
Convenience Retail Team for Global Fuel Business seek a top notch Category Specialist to support them.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support our team of Business Analyst and Category Managers across a wide range of commercial and category-focused activities. This will include detailed administrative tasks – such as daily reimbursement, accruals related to non-fuel income, providing category and data analysis for category reviews, tracking brand and promotional performance, generating sales reports, forecasting, preparing presentations, along with day-to-day support to ensure smooth execution.
This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys working with data as well as seeking exposure and opportunity towards moving towards a Category Manager role in the future.
After successfully implementing this as a new role for the first time earlier this year in CR team they are opening up another opportunity for a keen and talented person to join their CR team.
Skills and Expertise Required:
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring:
· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
· Intermediate Excel skills (including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic pivot tables)
· A positive attitude with confidence to take initiative and manage multiple projects
· Experience in Nielsen IQ, Power BI, Tableau, SAP is a plus
· Experience in Grocery, FMCG or Retail is a bonus

Contract Details: Fixed contract with an initial 1 year term, with the opportunity for renewal.
