Electrical Fitter/Electrician

About the role

As an Electrical Fitter/Electrician you will provide maintenance, repairs and fault response services to the solar farm to optimise generation output, while also supporting the reliability of solar farm assets through inspections and maintenance of high- and low-voltage equipment (non-intrusive), inverters, combiner boxes, tracker control units, photo voltaic modules and secondary or associated systems, including SCADA.

This role will work collaboratively with the on-site Field Technician and local contractors to ensure the solar farm is in great working condition.

About you:

• You will need to be a registered Electrician. Experience working on solar farms is an advantage

• Solid knowledge of the electrical industry, including statutory and safety requirements

• Demonstrated electrical trade competencies with the ability to work independently and safely

• You demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to workplace health and safety
