What We Need: 

We're looking for a passionate and client-focused engineer to join our team. Based in Hornby, the Systems Engineer will provide remote and on-site IT support to our clients. This role is integral in ensuring our clients receive a level of service that meets and exceeds the high standards we are known for.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients 

• Work in partnership with the account management team to provide technical leadership on key accounts 

• Lead and deliver projects to new and existing clients 

• Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with company policies and procedures
