What We Need:
We're looking for a passionate and client-focused engineer to join our team. Based in Hornby, the Systems Engineer will provide remote and on-site IT support to our clients. This role is integral in ensuring our clients receive a level of service that meets and exceeds the high standards we are known for.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients
Work in partnership with the account management team to provide technical leadership on key accounts
Lead and deliver projects to new and existing clients
Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with company policies and procedures
