What you'll be doing
Join our 100% NZ-based contact centre to provide exceptional customer service. Handle 30+ daily calls, update details, manage policies, offer advice, process payments, and occasionally quote new insurance. Navigate IT systems confidently and share your insurance expertise.
The details
- Training starts on the 11th May 2026 (Mon–Fri, 8.30am–4.30pm) before moving onto a rotating roster (work hours below)
- Permanent and fixed-term contract opportunities available
- Hybrid working in our Auckland or Hamilton office (2 days in office)

- Must have fibre internet, speed of 10Mbps or higher & Wi-Fi
- Must have a suitable private workspace with a comfortable desk and chair
- No planned leave within the first 2 months of starting
Work hours
A rotating roster, working 7.5-hour shifts totalling 37.5 hours a week between 8am–8pm on weekdays, and 8am–6pm on weekends and some public holidays. On average, you will work one weekend day per month. Twice a year, you will be given a 4‑week roster of Sunday to Thursday shifts. Rosters are provided at least 4 weeks in advance for certainty.
