Fit Futures Academy is a leading provider of courses for those looking to become qualified as Personal Trainers. We provide face-to-face, online and virtual course options to make the qualification accessible to everyone.

Our mission is to create a community of personal trainers who continue to learn and prosper, and in turn help their communities to become fitter and healthier.

We're now looking for a sales and business development superstar to join Fit Futures Academy as our permanent Part-time (20 hours/week) Careers Advisor. Opportunity to move to full-time upon the successful completion of the trial period. Needs to be available to start on ASAP.

The role is Monday to Saturday, OTE $1,500 + per week with an attractive hourly rate and commission structure. 

The position available is best suited for a go-getter with a passion for people and a hunger to meet sales targets. Having their finger on the pulse when it comes to trends and industry movements is an advantage, but full training will be given.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Recruiting new students onto the Certificate in Personal Training - Online, Face to Face and Virtual Courses offered

• Working on lead generation through industry partnerships, events and other stakeholder engagement

• Initiating and nurturing industry relationships

• Assisting in the on-boarding process of each student 

The ideal candidate will be:

• An experienced salesperson with a mind for numbers

• Motivated and dedicated to high-quality outcomes

• A great communicator with a genuine interest in people

• Very comfortable and confident corresponding with prospects by email and talking with them on the phone

• Someone who can spot opportunity and has a passion for business development

Having knowledge and experience in the education, recruitment and/or health and fitness industry, including gym membership sales would be a great advantage.
