We are seeking a Licensed Immigration Adviser to join our Wellington team. We are open to applications from highly experienced, fully licensed advisers as well as advisers at the earlier stages of their career who are committed to progressing their career within a respected professional practice.

The role

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships from initial assessment through to visa outcome

  • Providing accurate, practical immigration advice across a range of visa categories

  • Preparing and lodging high‑quality visa applications and submissions

  • Liaising with Immigration New Zealand and other stakeholders

  • Contributing to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and quality assurance

Senior advisers will have scope for greater autonomy, complex casework, and mentoring responsibilities.
Early‑career advisers will receive structured support, peer review, and supervision to build confidence and capability.

What you bring

  • Licensed Immigration Adviser status (full or provisional) or eligibility and clear progression toward full licensing

  • Strong technical skills or a demonstrated commitment to developing them

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Professional judgement, integrity, and attention to detail

  • Confidence working with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy workplace environment
