Fragrance Expert

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fragrance Expert to represent Puig’s iconic fragrance portfolio Carolina Herrera, Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier, with one position available at Farmers Albany.

The position is an attractive full time, fixed-term contract for 3 months, availability for an immediate start preferred.

The Role

As a Fragrance Expert, you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets promoting the Puig portfolio of prestige brands. Forming a deep commitment for product knowledge, understanding customer needs and delivering a consistent personalised, luxury fragrance experience.

You will act as the face of Puig within store, building strong customer relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring the highest standards of brand presentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Achieve budgeted sales targets through tailored selling techniques

• Drive campaign promotional activity

• Maintain daily sales records and complete required reporting

• Maintain exceptional presentation and in-store experience aligned with Puig standards

• Complete merchandising and administrative duties as required

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of all represented products

• Attend training sessions to stay current with product launches, brand stories, and selling skills

• Maintain impeccable personal grooming in line with company standards

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will possess;

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment

• Extensive experience in fragrance, beauty, and/or retail

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Passionate about fragrance and beauty

• Proactive and results oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

• Available to work 35 hours per week with flexibility across store trading hours. The hours include Thursday late night, Saturday and Sunday hours. Potential to flex up across specific campaign promotions and launches
