Project Manager (Otago)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Civil Southern team based in Queenstown working on a variety of projects across Otago.

You will be an experienced and motivated PM, providing senior leadership across a number of new and exciting civil construction projects.

You will take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that they are delivered safely and successfully, with a focus on service and quality. We want you to come in and hit the ground running!

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering quality civils projects within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfaction
• Providing specialised technical advice as appropriate
• Manage and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractors
• Champion health and safety
• Work alongside managers and stakeholders

Skills and experience that will ensure your success:

• Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experience
• Having worked on NZTA projects will be beneficial
• Proven experience in managing water, pump stations and treatment plants, utilities, roading, deep trenching, and other civil construction projects
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with others
• Financial acumen so you can deliver projects within budget
• Experience managing a diverse team and range projects
