Everything we create—from our garments to our marketing—reflects quiet confidence and an unwavering attention to detail.We are looking for a proactive, resourceful Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our small but mighty team. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and e-commerce. You will be involved in everything from PR coordination and content creation to new season launches and retail marketing support. No two days will look the same, and that is exactly what makes this role exciting.
What You Will Do
Content and Social Media
Own and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, email (Klaviyo), and the website.
Plan content around our three pillars: Inspiration, Education, and Behind the Scenes.
Brief and coordinate content creation with photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
Write on-brand social copy that is eloquent, sensorial, and aspirational—never fluffy or over-familiar.
PR and Communications
Support our PR strategy, including media lists, product send-outs, and tracking coverage across print and digital.
Draft press releases, media pitches, and brand communications in the Elle & Riley tone of voice.
Build and nurture relationships with media contacts, editors, stylists, and influencers across NZ, AU, and the US.
E-Commerce and Digital Marketing
Support the management of our Shopify e-commerce stores across NZ/AU and US markets.
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, including campaign builds, template creation, segmentation, and performance reporting.
Contribute to weekly e-commerce performance reporting using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and Google Ads.
Support Google Ads campaign management and help identify conversion optimization opportunities.
Launches, Shoots, and Retail
Coordinate end-to-end marketing for new collection launches—timelines, asset creation, email sequences, social rollouts, and PR activations.
Help organize and coordinate brand photoshoots, including logistics, talent, and shot lists.
Provide marketing support to our retail teams across Auckland and Queenstown stores, including in-store collateral and event support.
AI and Technology
Actively use AI tools (such as Claude) in your daily workflow for content drafting, data analysis, reporting, and creative ideation.
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and improve output quality through AI-assisted workflows.
About You
Essential
Proactive and self-starting. You see what needs doing and get on with it.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong written communication skills with an instinct for brand voice—you understand the difference between warm and familiar, aspirational and elitist.
Experience with social media management and content creation for a premium or luxury brand (or a strong portfolio demonstrating this sensibility).
Comfortable working with data. You do not need to be an analyst, but you should be able to read a report, spot trends, and ask the right questions.
Genuine interest in and willingness to use AI tools as part of your daily work. This is not optional—it is central to how we operate.
A collaborative, can-do attitude. We are a small team, so flexibility and willingness to pitch in is essential.
Desirable
Klaviyo Product Certification. If you do not have this already, we will ask you to complete it as part of onboarding—it provides a strong foundation for confidently managing our email channel.
Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), or Google Ads.
Previous PR, communications, or media relations experience.
Experience coordinating photoshoots or events.
Understanding of e-commerce metrics and funnel analysis.
A genuine appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and considered luxury.
