Project Manager
Citycare Property is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects. Based in Wellington, you’ll play a crucial role in managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, Customers, and safety - all while helping us build and maintain the places and spaces that help communities thrive.

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
Strong commercial contracting and project management background
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
5+ years’ experience managing residential or commercial projects $1M+ for a general contractor
Strong understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Excellent communication skills and a love for collaboration
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
Manage end-to-end project delivery to meet scope, budget, and quality expectations
Oversee procurement, tendering, and subcontractor engagement
Manage project budget to ensure the profitability targets are met and exceeded
Maintain a strong focus on
Build strong Customer relationships grounded in trust and collaboration
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery
