Project Manager

Citycare Property is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects. Based in Wellington, you’ll play a crucial role in managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, Customers, and safety - all while helping us build and maintain the places and spaces that help communities thrive.

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:

• Strong commercial contracting and project management background

• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills

• 5+ years’ experience managing residential or commercial projects $1M+ for a general contractor

• Strong understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance

• Excellent communication skills and a love for collaboration

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga

• Manage end-to-end project delivery to meet scope, budget, and quality expectations

• Oversee procurement, tendering, and subcontractor engagement

• Manage project budget to ensure the profitability targets are met and exceeded

• Maintain a strong focus on

• Build strong Customer relationships grounded in trust and collaboration

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery
