Forever Green is seeking a skilled Hard Landscaping Team Leader / Foreman to lead from the front and deliver outstanding commercial and residential landscape construction projects across Canterbury.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

• Lead and motivate a team of landscapers on-site
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Complete site set-out and manage day-to-day project delivery
• Carry out and oversee earthworks, timber structures, paving, concrete work, irrigation and soft landscaping
• Manage time, materials and resources to keep projects on track and within budget
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, clients and contractors
• Ensure the highest standards of workmanship, efficiency and site presentation
• Champion Health & Safety so everyone goes home safe every day

You'll be trusted to take ownership of your projects while supported by experienced Project Managers and a strong leadership team.

About You

You're a skilled tradesperson who enjoys being on the tools but can confidently step up and lead.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in hard landscaping (carpentry, concrete, paving essential)
• Previous experience as a Team Leader / Foreman (or ready to step up)
• Strong ability to read plans and work accurately to levels
• Confidence operating machinery (digger, loader, skid steer etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A high level of fitness and a strong work ethic
• Full Class 1 driver's licence
• A genuine commitment to quality and safety

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential):

• Level 4+ Horticulture Qualification
• First Aid & Site Safe
• WTR endorsement
• Class 2 or 4 licence
• Experience with Simpro or job tracking software
• Playground installation experience
