Recruitment Advisor

IMMEDIATE START

We have a 6-month contract opportunity available for a Recruitment & HR Advisor to join our Christchurch based clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing recruitment systems and processes ahead of a large recruitment push over the next 12-month period.

This is a Christchurch based opportunity, we will not be considering remote or FIFO candidates for this position.

THE ROLE:
You’ll play a key role in designing, improving, and embedding recruitment workflows that will support a large-scale talent acquisition push. This includes optimising systems, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring the business is equipped for upcoming demand. This role will also work closely with leaders on immigration-related recruitment requirements and workforce planning, helping the organisation build capability at pace.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Design and implement recruitment systems, processes, and best‑practice frameworks
  • Review and optimise current recruitment tools and workflows
  • Support workforce planning activities to forecast hiring needs
  • Provide advice on immigration requirements and visa processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to uplift recruitment capability
  • Contribute to a robust and scalable recruitment strategy

  
ABOUT YOU:
  • Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and process design
  • Strong understanding of immigration requirements and visa pathways
  • Experience supporting workforce planning or large hiring programmes
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver high‑impact outcomes
