The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solution sales professional to take ownership of the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities through to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
You will play a key role in driving profitable growth by introducing medium to large organisations, government and non-profits to the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 and positioning Magnetism as their trusted technology partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets:
Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to secure new business.
Deliver profitable sales growth from medium to large organisations, government agencies and non-profits.
Identify & Connect with Prospective Clients:
Generate leads through referrals, networking and collaboration with Magnetism and Microsoft partner selling teams.
Secure and attend meetings to assess Power Platform and technology needs.
Accurately understand business challenges, high level requirements and mapping them to Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
Generate Qualified Leads:
Explore business cases with prospective and existing clients.
Identify business problems, opportunities, and financial impact.
Collaborate with technical teams to shape effective solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling Power Platform presentations and proposals.
Close Sales & Manage Opportunities:
Manage the full sales cycle from interest to signed order.
Prepare and present proposals and RFP responses (including pricing collaboration).
Account Management:
Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients.
