G.J. Gardner Homes Whangarei / Kaipara is looking for a high calibre New Home Consultant to join our team.
This role will suit someone who already understands the world of big ticket sales and enjoys guiding clients through important decisions. Building a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional investments a person will make, so the right person for this role combines strong commercial instincts with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for the client experience.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to succeed, proud of the way they do business, and committed to delivering an experience that clients will recommend to their closest friends.
About the Role
You will work from our Kensington office and our showhomes across the Whangarei / Kaipara region, meeting with prospective clients and guiding them through the process of designing and building their new home.
This is a consultative sales role where success comes from understanding what matters to clients, providing clear advice, and helping them move forward with confidence.
You will work within the proven G.J. Way of Selling, supported by a well-established local team and one of the most recognised residential building brands in New Zealand.
