Smartwool : Sales Associate, KeyHolder (Fixed-Term) - Queenstown Store

As a part time Sales Associate, KeyHolder working 20 hours a week (6 month Fixed- Term Contract) you’ll be the face of our brand—creating an exceptional in‑store experience, connecting authentically with customers, and sharing your knowledge of Merino wool, outdoor activities, and our sustainability‑driven mission.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, engaging customer service

• Support daily store operations and visual standards

• Share product knowledge and help customers find the right gear

• Work collaboratively with your team to prioritize customer experience

• Customer service experience and strong communication skills

• Ability to connect with diverse customers

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency
