Marketing Manager (Group Marketing)
Islington Group | Supporting Boundaryline, Fentec, BTI Hardware and Heritage Gates & Fences
We’re building a Group Marketing function and seek a hands-on Marketing Manager to turn our annual marketing plan into action across four businesses. If you thrive on execution, stakeholder influence, and commercial outcomes, this is for you.
While an Invercargill office base is preferable, we are open to interest from both our brand new Christchurch branch or Auckland branch also.
What you’ll do:
- Own the integrated marketing calendar and delivery cadence across the Group
- Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital and trade channels
- Drive product go-to-market and launch readiness (messaging, toolkits, enablement)
- Improve website performance, content quality and the customer journey, conversion and experience
- Manage suppliers, budgets and performance reviews
- Lead team delivery and align stakeholders across business units
You’ll bring:
- Proven delivery experience in a multi-brand or multi-business environment
- Strong campaign execution and project management discipline
- B2B and/or trade marketing experience (preferred)
- Confident stakeholder and supplier management, with the ability to drive decisions
- Strong reporting capability and a continuous improvement mindset
