About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Diplomat New Zealand Limited as a Senior Key Account Manager - Woolworths. As a fulltime role based in Takapuna, Auckland, you will be responsible for managing and developing the key strategic account of Woolworths, a crucial client for the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Woolworths account, building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Woolworths account

  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior management

  • Represent the company at key client meetings and industry events

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior account management or key account management role, preferably within the FMCG industry

  • Proven track record of building long-term, strategic partnerships with major clients

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive profitable growth

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
