About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Supervisor (3IC) to join our Michael Kors Manawa Bay team!

In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving business success, fostering team growth, and elevating the overall in-store experience. You’ll support the management team in inspiring others, delivering exceptional client service, and creating a store environment that is both visually stunning and operationally seamless.

You will be involved in all areas of the business, including:

  • Business Development – Supporting key strategies to maximise sales and performance

  • Team Leadership – Coaching, motivating, and helping your team shine

  • Client Management – Building meaningful relationships with our clientele

  • CRM & Events – Growing our database and supporting exciting in‑store activations

  • Store Operations – Contributing to visual merchandising, inventory care, and overall store presentation

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours across Tuesday–Saturday.


About You

  • 2–4 years of retail experience (leadership experience is a plus!)

  • A genuine passion for developing your career within Michael Kors

  • Strong knowledge of specialty retail, including visual standards and operations

  • Confidence with computers and retail systems

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Full permanent working rights
