Icon continues to strengthen its presence in New Zealand and we are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our Auckland team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing pipeline of work while developing your career within a structured head contractor environment.
  
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the New Business Manager and with support from the Group Digital Engineer Manager, you will support both tender and live projects through effective digital coordination and BIM implementation.
Key responsibilities include
  • Supporting BIM delivery across preconstruction and project phases
  • Managing project BIM processes including preparation of BEPs, establishing project BIM processes, running BIM coordination and clash meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with project BIM execution plans and company standards
  • Working closely with Design Managers, Project Managers and consultants to optimise digital workflows
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of BIM and wider digital systems and processes within the business
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking someone with at least 2-3 years experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role who is building their career and looking to step into a market leading D&C Contractor environment.

You will ideally:
  • Hold a degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • Have experience within a Structural or Architectural design practice or a Tier 1 contractor environment
  • Be confident using Revit, Revizto and Autodesk systems
  • Be confident managing project BIM processes including chairing and managing BIM coordination meetings
  • Understand BIM coordination workflows and digital collaboration platforms
  • Be detail focused, collaborative and motivated to grow with the business
