About the Role
As our Fundraising Specialist, you will lead donor acquisition initiatives that inspire generosity and grow long-term supporter relationships.
You’ll create compelling fundraising campaigns, develop strong donor journeys and help expand new fundraising opportunities including monthly giving, community fundraising and bequests.
This is a role where strategy, creativity and storytelling come together to drive real community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver end-to-end fundraising campaigns
- Develop compelling cases for support and funding proposals
- Build strong relationships with major donors, corporates, trusts and foundations
- Manage donor journeys and implement Moves Management strategies
- Capture and share powerful stories that connect supporters with our work
- Manage donor insights and CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics) to inform strategy
About You
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ fundraising experience in donor acquisition, individual giving or community fundraising
- Proven experience delivering successful fundraising campaigns
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and fundraising data
- A collaborative mindset and can-do attitude
A qualification in communications, marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
