As we grow, we’re looking for passionate people to join our operations team, based in Onehunga – whether you are building on your dispatch or logistics coordination experience or are already at operations support/operations manager level and ready for the next challenge. We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of our operations.

What you’ll do:

· Coordinate freight movements to ensure smooth delivery and pick up across Auckland

· 50+ metro trucks mainly picking up linehaul freight and bringing it back to the Onehunga depot.

· Supporting drivers and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations

· Problem solving and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment

· Keep our operations running like clockwork – no two days are the same

· Bring your industry know-how to help us continually improve

· Delivering great service with focus on efficiency and accuracy

· Providing leadership input, helping shape processes, and supporting the team with continuous improvements.

What we’re looking for:

· Experience in dispatch or logistics coordination, operations support or operations management in the freight/transport industry (all levels considered)

· Strong communication and organizational skill

· A proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet

· Individual who enjoys being part of a supportive, team focused environment

· Ability to work under pressure while keeping a cool head
