Our platform allows complex credit and operational workflows to be configured using powerful point-and-click tools. We are building the next generation of financial infrastructure.

The Opportunity

We are looking for high-potential graduates who want to build a career in technology consulting, business analysis and solution design.

As a Graduate Functional Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants to learn how to analyse business processes, design system solutions and configure real-world software implementations.

This is not a passive support role. You will be trained, mentored and progressively given ownership of deliverables as your capability grows.

What You Will Learn and Do

• Participate in client discovery workshops

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements

• Learn how to translate business processes into system configurations

• Support solution design documentation and process mapping

• Configure elements of the Credisense no-code platform under supervision

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing and requirement validation

• Support Go Live activities and post-implementation optimisation

• Work closely with senior consultants, product teams and technical specialists

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Business, Information Systems, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or similar

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to learn quickly and absorb complex systems

• Comfortable speaking in group settings and stakeholder discussions

• High attention to detail

Highly Regarded

• Exposure to process mapping or system thinking

• Internship or project experience involving business analysis

• Interest in financial services, lending or regulated industries
