New Homes Sales Consultant - High Earning Potential | Auckland/Waikato

Location: South Auckland / Waikato growth corridor (office based in Tuakau and show homes in Pokeno and Te Kauwhata).

(Please note that full NZ working rights & previous Sales experience are essential.)

Summit Homes is seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to sell our house and land packages and spec homes across Auckland and the Waikato.

With strong enquiry levels, show home and active marketing campaigns, this is an opportunity for a proven sales person to earn significant commission income in a growing market.

About the role

In this role, your duties as a New Home Sales Consultant will include but not be limited to:

  • converting company generated leads into sales

  • generating your own leads/converting enquiries and show-home traffic

  • managing clients from enquiry to unconditional contract

  • staffing show homes/attending client appointments

  • building relationships with agents, developers & referral partners

  • maintaining CRM records and pipeline visibility

  • weekend availability is required as part of operating show homes and meeting clients

Summit Homes currently has active house and land packages and spec homes ready for sale in the fast-growing Lakeside Te Kauwhata development and surrounding areas.

What we’re looking for

  • Full New Zealand working rights essential

  • Full NZ driver’s licence essential

  • Previous experience in residential building, real estate, property, or high-value sales is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of build contracts, pricing and margins

  • Genuine hunter mindset with ability to also self-generate leads

  • Excellent communication and closing skills

This role will suit a self-driven individual who is confident and thrives in a results-based environment where success is directly rewarded. The right sales person cacn earn well into six figures selling our homes.
