We are currently accepting expressions of interest for Colour Specialist across all our stores in New Zealand.

Day-to-day responsibilities / Ngā kawenga o ia rā

• Conducting makeup application services for customers from full glam to natural looks 

• Be the go-to expert in-store for all things makeup; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing! 

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store 

What success looks like in this role / Ngā āhua o te angitu i tēnei tūranga

• Proven experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct back-to-back appointments keeping to strict timings across peak trade hours 

• Confident in delivering top trending looks; winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and fierce red lips 

• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin 

• Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your make-up expertise to build the make-up category 

• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude 

If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period
