Selection Criteria

• Relevant qualifications and teacher's registration or the ability to obtain one

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Brisbane, Australia

• Successful teaching experience in HPE Primary and understanding of the Australian Curriculum

• Ability and willingness to contribute to the development and design of quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs

• Ability to engage in supporting the well-being of students

• Demonstration of effective communication and collaboration with students, parents and staff

• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Be fully supportive of the Islamic ethos, values and practices of the College

About the College

The Islamic College of Brisbane (ICB) is a Prep to Year 12 co-educational, independent growing school, located on the southern outskirts of Brisbane in the suburb of Karawatha located in the Southeast Queensland region.  We are a community-centered college adhering to Australian values and virtues which are underpinned by the inclusive Islamic ethos of equality, respect and humility in producing self-directed and proactive learners and citizens.
