ABOUT THE ROLE
Our longstanding and successful client is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join their team.

This is a varied role supporting operational administration, systems and documentation across the business. Working closely with teams across operations, finance and logistics, you will help ensure records, systems and vendor processes remain accurate and running smoothly.

This role would suit someone organised, detail-focused and confident managing a range of administrative tasks in a busy team environment.

KEY DUTIES

  • Support day-to-day administrative processes across operations, finance and logistics
  • Process supplier and freight invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain product and quality documentation within company systems
  • Assist with stock tracking and internal record keeping
  • Ensure data and information in NetSuite remains accurate and up to date
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in office management, accounts administration, or operations administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using NetSuite (or similar ERP system)
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • A proactive team player who can work across multiple departments
