As we continue to grow our presence in the NZ market, we are expanding our Tronics Division and seeking a customer-focused Technical Sales Representative to drive market growth across New Zealand. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships, solving technical challenges and delivering measurable results.
What you’ll be doing
Identifying and converting new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets across your territory
Expanding wallet share within existing accounts while strengthening long-term customer relationships
Building trusted partnerships through strong service, responsiveness and a deep understanding of customer operations
Taking commercial ownership of revenue, margin and forecasting across your portfolio
Providing technical expertise and consultative support to help customers maximise value from our Videojet Coding & Marking solutions and Tronics label applicators
Working closely with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer delivery
What we’re looking for
Proven success in technical or solution-based sales, ideally within coding, marking, packaging, printing, automation, or capital equipment
A strong hunter mindset with the ability to nurture and grow established accounts
Self-motivated, strategic and results-driven with a genuine focus on customer outcomes
Comfortable working autonomously across a national territory
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
Willingness to travel occasionally
