Accounts Administrator - Flooring

We are currently seeking an detail-oriented Office Administrator/Accounts person to join our team.

Desired skills and qualifications

Proven experience in business administration.
Strong knowledge of debtor management and customer invoicing.
Familiarity with software packages, including MS Office .
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Self starting, high initiative and able to work independently.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Accounting knowledge / experience would be a bonus
This role is about ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include ordering stock, accounts receivable and payable, debtor management, overseeing banking including accurate and timely payments, customer invoicing & payments and utilizing various software packages to support our administrative functions.
Solid computer literacy is required. We operate with a purpose built flooring software package and although training will be provided, the ability to pick up and learn a new system quickly is important. We can be flexible on hours and the scope of the role for the right person. The minimum hours required would be 20 hours per week, however this could increase to 30 hours per week by mutual agreement.
