Corporate Relationship Manager

At SIRVA, we help the world’s leading organisations move talent globally. We are looking for a driven Corporate Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering exceptional service while maximising revenue and long-term partnerships.
This is a hybrid role based in New Zealand with occasional travel.
About the Role
As Corporate Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of an assigned portfolio of corporate relocation clients, driving year-on-year revenue growth through strategic account management, upselling opportunities, and trusted advisory relationships.
You will act as the primary client contact for relocation program administration while collaborating across internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute account strategies to maximise portfolio revenue and achieve growth targets

Build strong, trusted relationships with corporate clients

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services

Partner with implementation teams to ensure successful policy and pricing rollouts

Lead client reviews, performance meetings, and reporting presentations

Maintain accurate account activity and opportunity tracking via Salesforce CRM

Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams

Monitor market and competitor activity

Resolve complex client issues with a solution-focused approach

Support policy consulting and recommend enhancements to client relocation programs

Assist with mentoring and knowledge-sharing across the team
About You
You are commercially minded, relationship-driven, and confident engaging with corporate stakeholders.

Proven client/account management experience (relocation or related industry highly regarded)

Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Commercial and financial acumen

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability

Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex environments

High level of organisation and CRM proficiency

A self-starter mindset with a competitive and results-driven attitude
Preferred:

Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline

Global mobility industry knowledge or certification
