Technical Writer- 6 Months Fixed-Term
Citycare Property is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the mobilisation and transitioning phase of a facilities maintenance contract.
This short term 6 Month Fixed-term role has high impact role ensures the development of accurate, compliant and well-structured documentation required for a smooth and successful transition
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
Experience producing clear, structured documentation for technical, operational or business audiences.
Skilled at working with subject matter experts to interpret and document complex information.
Strong document management capability with excellent attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and structured documentation templates.
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
Coordinate, draft and finalise all required management plans, including Mobilisation, Operating Management, Quality, Environmental, Safety and Disengagement Plans.
Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and customers to gather information and incorporate feedback.
Maintain version control and document management protocols to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Support transition workshops, inductions and mobilisation events, capturing outcomes and integrating updates into relevant plans.
Track documentation milestones and support reporting requirements to keep deliverables on schedule.
Ensure all documentation meets contractual requirements, aligns with industry best practice and complies with regulatory requirements.
