This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative organisation.
As Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process at our Ilam Retirement Village. Working from Tuesday - Saturday. This will include managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village.
As part of our leadership team, you will also be involved in other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the community, particularly assisting the Village Manager. You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community.

- A proven sales record and results-focused outlook
- An affinity with our customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support our local teams to achieve strong sales results
- Passion for interacting with older New Zealanders
- Demonstrate the ability to engage with a wide variety of people to work toward a common shared goal.
