The Role

As a Labourer, you’ll play a key role in keeping roads, sites, and public spaces clean, safe, and operational. This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll be operating specialist vehicles and equipment while working outdoors across different locations.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating overhead gear on dish sweeper trucks

• Driving and operating modern EV sweepers and large sweepers

• Carrying out bin runs and waste collection

• Attending fly-tipping sites and completing clean-ups

• Clearing sump tops to help prevent flooding and maintain infrastructure

• Supporting general labouring and site tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Full, clean Class 2 driver licence (essential)

• Experience operating sweepers, trucks, or similar machinery is an advantage

• A practical, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Health & safety focused

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
