The Role

We’re excited to be recruiting a new Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations managing the scheduling of our field technicians and engineers, handling customer communications, and supporting the processes that keep our service running smoothly.

As these are new and dynamic positions, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how the role develops. Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to process improvement will be key to your success.

What You’ll Bring

Must have:

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.

  • Experience in scheduling, customer service or administrative support is desirable.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and stay organised.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a new and evolving role.

  • Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to packaging, coding/labelling, inspection, or detection equipment
