Estimator
Citycare Property is seeking a skilled Estimator to lead pricing, estimating, and tender development for The Project Office (TPO) portfolio.
You'll play a pivotal role in winning work, analysing tender requirements, and ensuring our bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tendering environment, brings strong commercial and analytical capability, and values meaningful relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
Experience preparing and winning tenders
A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive experience in tendering, estimating, and determining pricing for residential and commercial projects
Strong grasp of Building Code regulations, contractual requirements such as NZS3910 and NZS3917, and proven experience in risk management
Familiarity with estimating software, including Benchmark and CostX
Skilled in using Procore’s tendering or other estimating modules
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
Track market trends and key insights to identify new opportunities that can be turned into successful projects.
Develop and submit competitive tenders for a range of construction projects
Work closely with Project Portfolio Managers and Project Managers during tender preparation
Ensure clear, effective communication across the Project Office team
Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners
