NZ TO AUS: SWAP THE WOOL FOR THE WATER! ☀️

SWIM TEACHER WORKING HOLIDAY PROGRAM!

Tired of the frost? Trade the cold mornings for a fresh start in Australia’s most iconic cities. We make the move easy with subsidised, ready-to-go share housing in Melbourne and Sydney, so you can focus on your new career from day one.

At Bluefit we don't care if you've never taught a day in your life. If you can swim, love working with people, and are ready for an Aussie adventure, we'll handle the rest. We are literally scouting for Kiwis to join our swim schools across the ditch!

Candidates must demonstrate basic swimming ability and be comfortable in pool environments.

The "Why Haven't You Applied Yet?" Package:

  • ✈️ FLIGHTS: We'll book your ticket from NZ to Australia. Just pack your bags.

  • 🏠 ACCOMMODATION: No flat-hunting nightmares. Move straight into your pre-arranged housing.

  • 🎓 ZERO EXPERIENCE NEEDED: We provide full, paid training and get you officially qualified as a Swim Teacher.

  • 💰 AUSSIE WAGES: Earn that strong AUD while you work in a fun, high-energy environment.

  • 🇦🇺 THE LIFESTYLE: Spend your days off exploring Melbourne's hidden bars or surfing Sydney's iconic coastline.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Energy over Experience: You're fun, reliable, and great with kids.

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be 21 years or older.

  • The "OE" Spirit: You're ready to move to Australia for a working holiday.

  • Work Rights: Valid Australian work rights or eligibility for a working holiday visa required.

  • Water Lovers: You're comfortable in the pool and want a job that doesn't involve a desk.

"I came over from Christchurch with no experience. Three weeks later, I was living in a beachside suburb in Sydney, getting paid to teach kids to swim. Best decision ever."Current Bluefit Team Member
