We are now looking for an exceptional Property Leasing Manager to join our tight-knit, high-calibre team.

The Opportunity

This is a career‑defining opportunity to take ownership of your medical leasing function and apply it across our premium healthcare portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping tenant mix, structuring medical leases, and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers. Your focus will be to elevate tenant relationships and maximize returns through expert:

• Deal Negotiation – Work closely with the Head of Medical to implement leasing strategy across healthcare assets, negotiating and structuring leases aligned with our long‑term investment objectives.

• Healthcare Tenant Relationship – Build trusted, long‑term partnerships with medical professionals, specialists, and healthcare operators.

• Portfolio Management - Proactively manage both lease extension opportunities and new leasing opportunities across the medical portfolio.

• Collaborative Leadership – Work closely with Project, FM, and Accounting teams

• Accurate Documentation & Reporting – Ensure precision and transparency

What You Bring to the Table

• A tertiary qualification in Property, Business, Law, or a related field

• Proven experience in commercial or medical leasing (medical/healthcare leasing experience highly regarded)

• Outstanding communication skills and relationship-building abilities

• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for going the extra mile

• Proficiency in Excel and a sharp eye for numerical detail

• Commitment to confidentiality and operational excellence
