About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:
· A qualified NZ lawyer with 2+ years PQE in property and commercial law
· Experienced in property transactions, commercial leases, business structuring and transactions and general property and commercial contracts and negotiations
· Confident and able to provide clear, concise, practical advice
· Someone who uses initiative, common sense, and has strong problem‑solving skills
· Able to work autonomously and deliver high‑quality work efficiently
· Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills
· Keen to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
· Motivated by business development and enhancing both your profile and SCO’s
· A collaborative team player who is happy to mentor and be mentored
· Driven to meet yearly targets
· Comfortable using legal software and technology for efficient file management
