Landscape Technician

We're an architect-aligned landscape building company booked through 2026, who are looking to grow our team. Centrescapes is a small, professional team specializing in hardscape installations, including decks, pools, stone work, paving, retaining walls, and many other soft and hardscape elements. Our focus is on delivering high-quality results while maintaining a supportive and low-stress workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A skilled landscaper with expertise in hardscape installations, with preference given to individuals with carpentry, masonry and concrete experience. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and requires minimal training and has an appreciation for their work quality.
Attitude: A "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You enjoy working collaboratively in a small team and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
Workmanship: Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of quality. Someone who asks questions and wants to do it right the first time.
Team Player: Someone who thrives in a small team environment and contributes to a positive workplace culture and have respect for all team members, customers and their property.

Requirements:
Proven experience in hardscape landscaping and small plant machinery operation. Experience in carpentry, concrete and masonry work are highly valued
Ability to read and interpret project plans.
Strong physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
Ability to set yourself into other tasks to support the team, such as planting and gardening.
Needs to be ok with digging holes and "operating" a shovel and a wheelbarrow. It's part of the job.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (Class 2,3,4 license highly valued)
