We’re on the lookout for a friendly and reliable Duty Manager to join our team at Armadillos Beckenham in Christchurch.

If you love hospitality, enjoy being hands-on, and take pride in making sure customers have a great time, this could be the perfect role for you.

💼 What the role involves:

• Running day-to-day shifts across bar, restaurant, and gaming areas

• Looking after customers and making sure everyone has a great experience

• Supporting and leading the team on shift

• Cash handling and basic reporting

• Making sure we meet all health, safety, and liquor licence requirements

⭐ What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory or management preferred)

• LCQ and current Duty Manager’s Certificate (or the ability to get one)

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays when needed
