In this supportive role your responsibilities will include;

Inside Sales/Customer Service/Warehouse

  • Answering customer enquiries, processing customer orders, following up customer enquiries, releasing back orders, and liaising with the warehouse regarding the status of client's orders.

  • Supporting our external sales personnel.

  • Making outbound sales calls to clients to increase sales volumes including promoting various company specials and announcing new products.

  • Working with the sales team at occasional Caravan and Leisure Shows & trade events.

  • Backup support for our warehouse during peak periods

The role requires exceptional customer service skills and you will embody;

  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset.

  • An energetic and proactive attitude.

  • The ability to interpret and retain technical details 

  • The desire to learn and to educate customers.

  • Ownership with ability to “problem-solve” and a willingness to “go the extra mile”

  • Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft and ERP systems

  • Solid experience in Sales Support  

Whilst previous experience in the RV, or Camping industries is highly sought, your experience within technical type industries (such as the Auto Industry) would be transferable and highly regarded.
